Returns and Refunds

Please carefully choose your items prior to purchasing as we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is broken or damaged.

All items are carefully inspected before shipping, any damage is most likely to have occurred during the shipping process. If you have any questions or concerns about your order we will do our best to help you, please email harthappy@outlook.com. We ask that you let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. In your email please include your order number and photos of the damaged items.

If an item is to be replaced shipping costs will be covered by Hart Happy Jewellery.

If items are lost in transit or stolen/damaged during delivery, Hart Happy Jewellery is not responsible for replacing them.
