Orders-
*Please know prior to purchasing that all of my items are lovingly handcrafted, from scratch and slight imperfections can be expected. I will never send out an item that is not up to my high standards.
*Please make sure that you read item description before you purchase an item.
*Please note, that having items in your shopping cart doesn’t mean they they are secured. Once you have completed your check-out they are yours.
*Please carefully check that all of your shipping information is correct at checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped I will not be able to change the address. Hart Happy Jewellery will not be held responsible for any items being returned to sender. If an item is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the extra shipping costs to send the items again.
Shipping and Local Pick up-
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be packed with love and care and then dispatched (unless stated otherwise in the items description). This turnaround time does not include shipping time. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the tracking information sent. If you have any questions about your parcel, please contact Australia Post on 1800 101 318 or visit their website auspost.com.au.
Please be aware that delays may occur due to current COVID-19 restrictions. If an order is urgent, please consider upgrading to express shipping.
*If choosing local pick up please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be packed with love and care. An additional email will be sent to you to inform you that your order is ready and to arrange a suitable pick up time. Please bring your confirmation email when collecting your order.
*Domestic Shipping Costs-
We offer 2 modes of shipping within Australia using the Australia Post network.
STANDARD- $10
EXPRESS- $15
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $75 this will be automatically added at the check-out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

This turn around time does not include shipping time. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Hart Happy Jewellery is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
